(John 6:5-13)

I, with Glory to God, welcome you to September, the new month of fruitfulness. I rejoice with every reader of this piece over the privilege God has given us all in His infinite mercy to see the new month. I also thank God for His supernatural protection over us and all that concerns us since the beginning of this year despite the pandemic that is ravaging the whole world. I pray that the Lord Who has kept us thus far will see us through this year in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

The number nine (9) is generally believed to stand for fruitfulness according to the natural phenomenon of conception and delivery; therefore, I pray that your time of fruitfulness has come in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth” (Genesis 1:28).

I decree concerning you and all yours in the mighty name of Jesus Christ this month; Your finances shall be fruitful, your career shall be fruitful, your marriage shall be fruitful, your labour and endeavours shall be fruitful, your service in the vineyard of God shall be fruitful, and in all areas of life, you shall produce good fruits in Jesus Name.

Certain words that are synonymous with fruitfulness are INCREASE and MULTIPLICATION. In the Bible passage for the theme, Jesus was preaching to a multitude in a desert-like place far from the city and at some point, when they had been there for a long time, He noticed that the crowd must have been hungry. Alas! there was no hope physically speaking that they could get something to eat but the Bible says in verse 6 that “Jesus himself knew what he would do.” This is an affirmation that your case is not hopeless even though you have been in that situation for some time. Be rest assured that Jesus Himself has solutions to the problems, “He knows what to do about your case.” Do not be discouraged. Psalm 30:5b says “weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Another testimony in the passage for you is seen in John 6:8 & 9 – “One of His disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, saith unto Him, There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes…” Before the need arose, God had already made provisions.

Psalm 46:1 tells us that, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” And in Isaiah 43:19 the Lord says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

Also, Isaiah 42:16 reads, “And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

Listen to me God does not forget His own because you are the apple of His eyes (Zechariah 2:8). Your miracle is right there by your side; as the Lord lives you will testify this month in the mighty Name of Jesus.

The Lord Jesus took the bread and gave thanks before distributing it. Do not let thanksgiving depart from your mouth this month, every moment of the way and every second of the day, always give thanks so that your joy will be full.

It is important to note that thanksgiving is a necessary factor to increase and multiplication. After Jesus gave thanks, the Grace for divine increase was released upon the bread and fish. May your provision from God never cease this month in Jesus Name.

Finally, the crowd would not have witnessed and partook in such a monumental miracle if they were not available to hear the Word of God; therefore, submit yourself to the dictates of the Word of God today and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Surrender your life to Him and you will enjoy divine increase and multiplication in the good things of life and it shall be well with you in Jesus Name.

  4. Father, before the needs arise in my life this month, please make provisions for me in Jesus Name.
  5. Father, please make my life fruitful and let every blessing in my life this month multiply in Jesus Name.
